PAYMENT TERMS

To secure your booking, 50% deposit is required at check out and 50% is required 30 days before the event ('due date'). 

Once the initial deposit is complete, the first part of the process is confirmed. You may choose to complete the payment before the due date by logging into Easol account at any time!

You will then receive a reminder 14 days, 7 days and on the due date to complete your booking. 

Please note that failure to complete the second part of the deposit would lead to the cancelation of your booking. Any deposits made up to this date can not be refunded.
